  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.

2. Usage Policy

When you purchase a prompt, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use it, subject to the following:

  • Prompts cannot be resold, redistributed, or transferred without written consent from the original creator.
  • Prompts cannot be used for harmful, illegal, or malicious activities.
  • Violation of these rules may result in termination of your license.

3. Marketplace Fees and Payouts

  • Prompts-Market charges a 30% marketplace fee on all completed transactions. Sellers retain 70% of the revenue.
  • Minimum payout threshold is $100 USD or €100 EUR.
  • Payouts are processed monthly, during the last week of each month.
  • All payouts are sent via the payment method configured in the Seller’s account.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about their skills and products.
  2. Deliver products that match the product description.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and disputes professionally.
  4. Avoid circumventing the platform’s payment system; all sales must go through Prompts-Market.
  5. Pay the applicable platform fee (30% of each sale).
  6. Not engage in fraudulent behavior or misrepresent products.

5. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to:

  1. Purchase prompts and digital products only through the Prompts-Market platform.
  2. Respect the intellectual property rights of Sellers.
  3. Not attempt to circumvent payments or download products illegally.
  4. Maintain professional communication with Sellers.
  5. Report any suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • All payments are processed via PayPal, and transactions are subject to PayPal Buyer Protection.
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

7. Custom Jobs

Prompts-Market may facilitate connections for custom AI prompt development:

  • Payments must be processed through the platform.
  • Prompts-Market does not guarantee quality, timeliness, or completion of work.
  • Attempts to circumvent the platform’s payment system will result in account termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through the platform’s messaging system.
  • If unresolved, either party may contact Prompts-Market support.
  • Decisions by Prompts-Market regarding disputes are final and binding.
  • Users found to engage in fraudulent activity may be permanently banned.

9. User Content and Conduct

  • Users are responsible for the content they upload (comments, files, reviews).
  • Content must not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Harmful, offensive, or illegal activity on the platform may result in content removal and account suspension.
  • Unauthorized scraping, automation, or attempts to manipulate search rankings are strictly prohibited.

10. Chat Feature Usage

  • The platform may provide a chat feature for communication.
  • Users must not use chat for spam, advertising, harassment, or abuse.
  • Violations may lead to chat restrictions, suspension, or termination of accounts.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Prompts-Market and all content are provided “as is”.
  • No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or usability of products.
  • Prompts-Market is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from marketplace use.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompts-Market, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Modification of Terms

  • Prompts-Market may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Prompts-Market is registered. Disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
