1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be considered for purchases made through Prompts-Market.com (“the Platform”).

Prompts-Market operates as a digital marketplace where vendors (“Sellers”) offer downloadable AI prompts and related digital assets to customers (“Buyers”). All transactions are processed securely via PayPal, and are therefore subject to PayPal’s Terms of Service and Buyer Protection Policy.

By completing a purchase on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to both this Refund Policy and the applicable PayPal policies.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on Prompts-Market are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered to the Buyer, it cannot be returned or revoked.
For this reason, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by law or covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Transaction: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical or processing error.
  • Defective or Inaccessible File: The purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded, and the Seller fails to provide a functioning replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Misrepresentation: The digital product description materially differs from the delivered file.

Requests outside these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The Buyer has changed their mind after purchase.
  • The file has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
  • The Buyer failed to read or understand the product description prior to purchase.
  • The Buyer does not have the required software, system, or technical skill to use the product.
  • The issue is unrelated to the product itself (e.g., internet connectivity, device malfunction, etc.).

5. Payment Processing and PayPal Protection

All payments on Prompts-Market are handled through PayPal. Buyers are automatically covered under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program, which may provide remedies in certain cases of unauthorized transactions or non-delivery.

Refunds requested and approved through PayPal will be processed in accordance with PayPal’s procedures and timelines. Prompts-Market has no ability to expedite, override, or alter PayPal’s resolution process.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under the criteria above, please:

  1. Contact the Seller directly through your Prompts-Market account or listing message system to attempt resolution.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team via the Contact Page with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Purchase date
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting documentation or screenshots

Our team will review your case and, if applicable, may advise you to open a formal dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center.

7. Platform Role and Liability

Prompts-Market acts solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between independent Sellers and Buyers. We do not own, create, or sell the products listed by vendors and therefore cannot be held liable for their quality, accuracy, or performance.
All refund resolutions are handled in accordance with this policy and PayPal’s Buyer Protection terms.

8. Amendments

Prompts-Market reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
